What are the broker commission rates in NEPSE?

For equity trades, broker commission follows tiered slabs: 0.40% up to Rs 50,000; 0.37% between Rs 50,000 and Rs 5 Lakhs; 0.34% between Rs 5 Lakhs and Rs 20 Lakhs; 0.30% between Rs 20 Lakhs and Rs 1 Crore; and 0.27% above Rs 1 Crore (minimum Rs 10 per transaction).

What other fees apply when buying or selling shares in Nepal?

In addition to broker commission, SEBON charges a 0.015% regulatory fee, CDS & Clearing charges a DP fee of Rs 25 per transaction (on sell trades), and individual investors pay 5% (long-term) or 7.5% (short-term) Capital Gains Tax on profits.
